We ship our products via UPS from Portland, Oregon. Here are guidelines to help you choose the best shipping option.

About Shipping

ABOUT UPS: Saturday is not considered "a delivery day"
Example: if you order on THURSDAY and request Super Rush Delivery (2-Day Delivery), you will not receive your package in time - you should receive your package on MONDAY - So be careful, especially if your shower falls on the weekend!

However, Overnight and Saturday Delivery services are available to most areas (not all, call us if you're not certain) - with additional charges which will be applied as a separate charge to your card - it runs about $15 extra. If you are unsure of which shipping method, please call us toll-free at (866) 24-BINGO.

UPS DOES NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES - PLEASE PROVIDE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS. Please download this PDF authorization form if you need your package to ship to a different address other than your billing address. Fax the completed form to our toll-free fax (866) 520-BADA or (503) 722-0047.

UPS carriers require a signature to release packages. Please arrange to be at the location when UPS delivers your package. Or, if you prefer, when checking out, please note under special instructions to have the "signature released" or provide a business address where someone will sign for your package. If you choose to release the signature, please understand that BadaBadaBingo is no longer held responsible for your package.

DISCLAIMER: We and our shipper are not liable for delays due to weather and unforseen conditions. We are quick and efficient when it comes to shipping - please be sure you have allowed time for your package to arrive. If an extra service charge is incurred through UPS due to incorrect addressing on the customer's part, you, the customer are responsible in covering that cost. This includes changes of addresses once your package has left our office. Please be sure to include any apartment, suite number, floor number, etc. UPS considers omission of this vital delivery information an error and charges a service fee which is passed onto you. Of course, if it's our error we take care of that charge. Currently the cost is $12-$15 per change of address. If your delivery is to be on a Saturday, UPS and FedEX charge an additional $18-20 for this service. You will be responsible for this charge and we will need to bill you for this.

NON-PERSONALIZED ORDERS: Most non-personalized orders received before 11 am PST are processed the same day and shipped the next business day (pdfs are processed within 24 hours).

PERSONALIZED ORDERS: Personalized orders can require an additional 5 business days, including PDFs that require personalization. If you need a personalized order to ship within 5 business days please choose the RUSH Option when checking out (10% will be added to your shopping cart) - This will ensure your order is moved to the head of the line and processed before others.

Personalized items are non-refundable. Please double-check your order for accuracy.

You will receive a tracking number for your shipment from Endicia or QuantumView. It will have the status of your order. PLEASE BE SURE TO LOOK OUT FOR THE PRODUCTS which will be arriving at your doorstep! If you plan on NOT being home, please choose an address which will have someone home to accept the package. You are responsible for choosing the correct shipping method. Please be sure your package will arrive in a timely manner. Not sure about transit time? See our map when shipping UPS. Remember to count tomorrow as day one. (If you are ordering over the weekend, you must count TUESDAY as DAY ONE.) Weekends and holidays are not shipping days. Unfortunately, with the amount of orders we receive daily we are unable to personally call each and every one, so please verify your shipping method.

STANDARD SHIPPING TIME. Remember to allow production time for personalization as well as transit.

• We ship within the USA and regret to say that we are unable to ship to APO at this time.
• Unfortunately, we are no longer offering International Shipments. More.
• We ship to the billing address.—if you need your order shipped to a different location, please download this PDF authorization form, complete it and fax to (503) 722-0047.
• If you are ordering during a holiday week, please take into consideration that the post office and other shipping carriers are closed in recognition of that holiday. Please allow one extra business day when calculating your shipping option.
• We consider Alaska and Hawaii more than "standard shipping" - there will be a nominal $6 surcharge.

We ship to US Only.
We have been made aware that the costs and Canadian Duties that are incurred by the recipient at times can be daunting. If you live in Canada and can't live without our products, we have been known to make exceptions on a case by case basis. But, we beg of you to please be sure that you are aware of these additional costs that are not included when placing your order with us. Again, these costs are incurred through CUSTOMS where they charge for duties, taxes and UPS's additional brokerage fees. Since this is a separate charge and we do not see it, we have no way of calculating what that additional cost will be to you. You will need to feel confident that you can accept the extra fees.
