Damaged / Lost Items / Delayed Shipment

Occasionally, our carrier will deliver a package in less than perfect condition. Immediately call our toll-free number (866-242-4646) and report this package right away.

You must SAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING in order for us to process the claim and quickly process your order.

We will do everything in our power to re-ship and get the items to you for your shower.

If a shipment has been delayed (NOT due to weather conditions or Acts of God) and is the carrier's fault, we will also submit a claim on your behalf. Call us at 1-866-242-4646 to let us know. Thank you!
